Pls contact us and an application for return to ship it back within 7 days after receiving the item.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on vvhair.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you are not satisfied with, before order completion. Please note that hair must be kept in its original status and does not affect second time sale.

The following situations are not included:

1. The item has already been used or cut, cannot be sold as a new item anymore.
2. It has expired the time frame and the transaction has been closed.
