Customer satisfaction will always be our primary goal. The hair might not meet your requirements for various reasons. So we offer free replacement or return service. Please refer to below for details:

The Return Policy

1. This policy only applies to stock hair. Custom orders do not apply this.

2. The hair to return should be kept originally condition and is available for reselling with intact tag. Hair has not been worn, washed, dyed, curled, permed, cut, altered or damaged); Hair should be odors-free (Any odor such as hairspray, perfume or cigarette smoke will not be accepted. This relates to other people's health and safety. ).

3. If you would like to return the hair. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcel via email ”customerservice@bellewigs.com”, state the reason why you would like to return it and enclose pictures of hair. When your return application is confirmed, you will get a RA No.(Return Authority Number) and the return address. Please ship the hair out within 7 days after receiving the RA No. via express or mail with freight prepaid service.

l We don’t accept the parcel without a RA NO.l We don’t accept any parcel sent with freight collect.

l For U.S.A customers, we recommend you ship the hair via USPS which costs less than other Express company.

l If any free gift was enclosed with your order, you can keep the gift and send back the hair only.

4. In order to handle the returning timely, please email us the tracking number after you send out the hair.

5. After we receive the parcel and the hair is eligible, we will refund you via Paypal.Please note that a small amount of your refund might be charged by Paypal as a handing fee.

6. If the hair has to be returned due to quality problem,we will bear the return freight. But still we need your help to prepay the shipping cost, show us the receipt and we will add the shipping cost to the refund for hair.

We will ship you the replacing hair after receiving the return hair. We will bear the shipping cost for replacement. If there is a price difference between the returned hair and the new hair, we will refund for any excess payment or charge the deficiency.

6. If the hair has to be replaced due to quality problem,we will bear the shipping freight. But still we need your help to prepay the shipping cost, show us the freight receipt and we will refund you via Paypal.

7. For urgent replacement, you can make purchase for the new hair online to send out first. We will refund you after receiving the eligible returned hair.
