The hair loss must be prevented at all the costs. At one time, mainly men were researching popular hair loss products, but now there is more awareness among women of the problem of hair loss, particularly after menopause. Upon meeting someone, one of the first things you notice is their hair. Yet you still never know what is actually causing your hair loss or thinning. Could it be that salon products make your hair healthier or are they just making it look and feel healthier. When we mean serious we mean that some people live and die by their hair style yet most people simply won't have a hard look at the hair products that they are using. This is the typical case of thinning hair where hair becomes finer and finer till it eventually breaks off. Each hair remains on your head for two to six years, and during most of this time is continually growing. The part you see and style is called the hair shaft. It's actually dead tissue made by your hair follicles tiny bulb-like structures beneath your scalp's surface. One common disease is a disorder known as lichen planus.(See Appendix regarding quantity)Step 4Rinse the hair with generous quantities of warm water.Step 5Rinse your hair again with generous quantities of warm water. (Generally one time is not enough. It takes a lot of water to thoroughly rinse away the shampoo. Remember, shampoo residue left in the hair can contribute to dull looking hair.)Step 6Use a towel and dab your hair, (don't rub), to remove excess water.Step 7Put a dollop of conditioner into the palm of your hand, divide it into the palm of the other hand and evenly distribute over the surface of the hair. Generally this light application will be enough to treat the hair. Generally it doesn't increase the effectiveness of the conditioner to leave it on for extended periods. Conditioner generally works immediately it comes in contact with the hair and hair cuticles.Step 8Rinse the conditioner away thoroughly with WARM water.Step 9Dab or pat your hair with a towel to remove excess moisture. Don't rub as wet hair is fragile and liable to be damaged with rough handling. Wrapping the towel around the head for a few minutes can be effective in getting rid of the moisture.
