Washing your hair everyday will not harm it if you have the right shampoo for your type of hair. Washing your hair can actually make it healthier. Conditioner does not repair split ends. Yes that's right, it does not repair. Conditioner may make the hair look as though it is less damaged, but it does not repair the damage.
