(How long does it take to apply extensions) It actually can take up to 6 hours to apply a full head of extensions. It is also a little time consuming because I'm very particular about the way they are applied. It is very important that the rows are created very evenly throughout your head to create less tangling and that is the benefit for the customer, not for me. And also, because it takes so long to put them in, I actually offer to come to your home because you could actually be sitting there for 5 or 6 hours, a lot of customers are happy with plopping in their chair in their living room, putting a movie in while I go away at their head and then right before they are ready to go to sleep their hair is done.Hide baldness: Others simply choose to hide their baldness, usually by combing the remaining hair to cover the bald areas of the head. This is a solution primarily used by men. However, it may lead to truly bizarre hairstyles. Another way to hide the baldness is the use of wigs. However, a good custom-made wig can cost more than 1000 dollars, depending on the style and the length.
