I go in for a trim today and she said she would shape it up. I told her I wanted a trim and she said no problem. Well her trim was taking a lot of inches off of my hair. I go in every weeks for a trim, so I know there really are not many dead ends. So now the back of my hair goes from the bottom of my neck to the middle of my head and the other layers as she called them are very short. so it looks horrible. The left side has more hair on one side than the right. The right sides layers are shorter then the lefts. I didn't see how bad it was after the cut because of the way she blew dry it. I saw the length and told her that, that was not a trim that was a cut. She did the cut because she said they don't offer trims. I told her she could of told me that before I sat down. She wouldn't give me my money back. So now tomorrow I have to go to work like this and when I get off I basically have to cut my hair to Anda very very short length because of this lady.
