For those of us who are not brave enough to go there yet, deep conditioning your hair is very crucial, perms and color, tend to dry hair out, stripping it of its natural oils making the hair brittle, dry and damaged, which leads to breakage and hair falling out completely from the roots. When you deep condition your hair, you are protecting the shaft and making the hair stronger. For those of you, who have never deep conditioned your hair before, basically what your doing is, applying a product, one I like to use and it's very good, is called Organic root simulator, I squirt out a few dabs and rub it into my palms, run it from the roots of your hair down to the ends, Sometimes I use pure extra virgin olive oil as well. Once I have my whole head drenched in it, I place a plastic cap over my hair and let it sit for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I remove the cap and rinse the product out, it leaves my hair detangled, strong and shinny.
