One is product, two is pliers and, three, you can use heat and I'm going to show you all three ways. You want to take your pliers and go in and remove the clamp from the extension. So, if you press vertical you want to go back and open horizontal. So, I'm just going to use the pliers and remove it. It's going to loosen it up and you just slide it right off. The second way is using a solvent, depending on what type of fusion piece you used, if it's keratinbased, usually you use a remover that comes with the products that goes along with the fusion piece. So, I'm going to use a little solvent and I'm going to go in with a cotton and add the solvent, saturate it pretty good and let it cool, let it dry off a little bit and it's going to turn into a crystal. And, it's going to become hard, so you go back in again with your pliers and break the product apart and then remove it.
