I'm with LeMetric and this is Tonya also with LeMetric and we're going to show you how to work with rollers whether they are electric and/or Velcro rollers when you have extensions. We get asked that a lot and we're going to demonstrate for you how to do the rollers and hopefully it will help you in choosing the right kind of rollers and also the right kind of style for you and your hair. The process of using rollers with hair extensions, we want to section off the part of the extension in with the natural hair and there's let's see, two different ways of doing this. If you want to curl the hair going back, we're going to start at the root, pull the roller around the curl. Always remember to just kind of like over direct the curl. And then we're going to use a clip, make sure to try to clip the roller on the base of the hair. That's for the curl if you want it to go backwards another way is to make the curl go forward, tip the hair, over direct again, take the roller, take the hair, I'm sorry, wrap it around the roller.Hair care tipsThere are various ways used to maintain the hair healthy and beautiful. Heat styling products like curling and straightening irons can dry out even oily hair if they're used too much. Follow the instructions carefully, and don't use them on wet hair or high settings, and give your hair a vacation from styling once in a while.
